Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds will only be issued for the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If an item is found to be used, damaged, or altered after inspection, the return request may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.

  • Products sold as scrap material or explicitly marked as “non-refundable.”

  • Custom or special-order items that are not part of our standard inventory.

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@cpugoldscrap.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  2. If your refund is not reflected after 10 business days, contact us at info@cpugoldscrap.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still return the item following our return policy.

  • If an order is canceled after 24 hours but before shipment, a 10% restocking fee may apply.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • All returns should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure successful delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
