Shipping Guide for CPU Gold Scrap

Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. For international orders, we ship to select countries worldwide. To confirm if we ship to your location, please contact our support team before placing an order. Some remote or high-risk locations may be excluded. If your shipping address falls under this category, we will notify you during checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are eligible for same-day processing, while those placed afterward will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery of three to seven business days, expedited shipping within two to three business days, and overnight shipping for one-day delivery where available.
Shipping Costs
For all orders within the United States, we offer a flat shipping rate of $150. International shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination, with available options and pricing displayed at checkout. At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Oversized or fragile items may incur additional handling fees, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 4 to 8 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2 to 3 business days. Overnight shipping is available in select locations. International orders are calculated based on the delivery location. Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs clearance. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays.
Order Tracking & Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If you have any concerns about your order status, our customer support team is available to assist you.
International Shipping Policies
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or product price. Customs processing may extend delivery times, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for additional information.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Shipping insurance is available at checkout for added protection. If selected, we will cover lost or damaged items. Without insurance, CPU Gold Scrap is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact our support team, and we will guide you through the claims process with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final due to the nature of our products, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
